Arctic Rays LLC welcomes two new employees to its ranks: Stephanie R. Herndon and Mat Jordan.
Stephanie brings two decades of experience in Marcom planning, strategy, development and execution to the company as director of marketing and communications. Her background includes in-house work building and transforming brands and communication strategies in education, media and transportation, as well as agency-level consultancy with small, medium and large businesses for advertising campaigns and marketing strategies.
Mat, an accomplished engineer and submersible pilot, joins Arctic Rays as senior electrical engineer. He has designed life-critical electrical systems for manned submersibles, going on test dives both as passenger and as pilot, before moving into engineering management and production management. In this new role, he will have a direct hand in the success of Arctic Rays system design and overall systems integration.

Arctic Rays specializes in deep-sea lighting and imaging systems and other custom solutions specifically for use on AUVs, ROVs, manned submersibles and other offshore and underwater structures.
